England's Greatest Says Take Robbo To S.A.
World Cup winning legend Gordon Banks says that Fabio Capello should be taking Paul Robinson to South Africa. Banks insists that the Finals are a place for players with experience, not them that are still learning their trade, although Joe Hart has been in fine form this season. The former England number one says that Capello should put the idea of Hart behind him and take Robinson, Green and James. Banks said: “Robinson has had a decent season. Blackburn haven’t done all that great, but when I’ve seen him play he has done well. He has had to. “He might have let in a goal or two in the games I’ve watched. But from what I could see none of them were his fault. “He’s not done too bad and he deserves to be back in with a shout.”
