Doncaster hand trial to Goulon
Doncaster have taken Blackburn midfielder Herold Goulon on trial after the Premier League club gave him permission to talk to other clubs.[LNB] Goulon, 23, only moved to Ewood Park a year ago but has made no impression at Ewood Park.[LNB]"He played in the reserve game last week and he's coming in for a week's training," Doncaster boss Dean Saunders told The Sheffield Star.[LNB]"Blackburn have given him permission to come and train with us and and, if I think that he is better than what we've got, I'll try and do something about it.[LNB]"In the situation we are in, we've got to try and persuade players that if they play for Doncaster they are in the shop window.[LNB]"If they want to play in the Premiership it's no use not playing wherever they are, they may as well come and play for us and, if we are lucky, they might stay."
