Diouf - Rovers must believe

Blackburn forward El Hadji Diouf has called on his team-mates to play without fear during the season run-in.[LNB] Rovers remain entrenched in the Premier League relegation battle with eight games of the campaign remaining.[LNB]Sam Allardyce's side know performances on home soil could prove crucial in their survival bid and they must focus on picking up regular points at Ewood Park.[LNB]Diouf, though, insists Blackburn must change their mentality if they are to beat the drop, believing the club must start looking to win games rather than simply not lose them.[LNB]"I think we are scared a little bit when we play at home or we just want to score quick or we are not confident - I don't understand that," he told Rovers World.[LNB]"We need to get rid of that quickly because we need to play well at home and not think about anything other than a winning mentality.[LNB]"We know the gaffer has a winning mentality so we have to follow him, just keep working hard in training, come back against Tottenham (next time out) and get three points.[LNB]"We have a lot of good players and a good team and we need to believe in ourselves."[LNB]
