Diouf quits Senegal

Blackburn star El-Hadji Diouf has quit international football for a second time.[LNB] Diouf has informed the Senegalese Football Federation he no longer wants to be considered for the national team.[LNB]The 28-year-old had previously retired from international football in October 2007 after a bust-up with the coaching staff, but he later reversed his decision.[LNB]Diouf, who has won 41 caps for his country, has written to the Senegalese Federation to inform them of his decision to end his international career.[LNB]"(In a letter to the CNF) El-Hadji Diouf explained that he was no longer available for international competition and that he is suspending his career," said spokesman Ndeye Dome Thiouf. [LNB]"He has retired from internationals, but will continue to play club football in England."[LNB]
