Blackburn midfielder David Dunn has put Barclays Premier League clubs on alert after refusing to sign the new deal he has been offered by manager Sam Allardyce. [LNB]Dunn, 30, is out of contract and therefore a free agent in the summer.[LNB]He is Blackburn's top scorer this season with six in all competitions and was even tipped for an England recall by some observers after a strong start to the season.
