Danny Murphy Comes To Rovers

There has been no confirmation from the club as of yet but it is almost certain that Fulham captain Danny Murphy has agreed a deal with Blackburn Rovers.

The Mail on Sunday reported that the deal was done, he moves to Ewood Park on a free transfer after passing a medical at the club.

But before Rovers got their man, there was a late approach from Queens Park Rangers and Murphy’s former boss Mark Hughes.

But the 35 year old decided to stick with the Rovers deal despite having to step down a league. The deal is for two years.
