Dallas star claims Rovers bid

FC Dallas centre-half George John claims Blackburn have made a bid for his services - and he would be interested in a move to Ewood Park.[LNB] John has been told by club bosses that they are mulling over an approach by Rovers.[LNB]The 24-year-old, who has dual Greek and US citizenship, has become a key member of a tight Dallas defence which has kept 12 clean sheets this season.[LNB]Speaking to reporters at Dallas' home ground Pizza Hut Park, John admitted he would be keen for a slice of Premier League action.[LNB]He said: "It's a good team, we're a good team and I don't know what's going to happen.[LNB]"Obviously as a professional soccer player you want to reach as far as you can.[LNB]"It's huge and if it happens that would be great.[LNB]"I understand that FC Dallas as an organisation and Major League Soccer have to make a decision.[LNB]"So we will see how it goes. It is kind of out of my hands right now."
