Chimbonda To Stay And Fight For Place
Pascal Chimbonda's agent Willie McKay has said that the defender will not be handing in a transfer request and is happy to stay at Ewood Park. The 30 year old has been with the club for two years, but in the final three months of last season, he only started one game so rumours started about him leaving the club. McKay believes that the player will be doing his best to get back into the first team and when asked if he would put in a transfer request he said: “No, he’s quite happy there.”
