Brown may have to quit Rovers

Brown is considering his future at Blackburn as he searches for regular first team action. The Welsh international has found himself playing second fiddle to Paul Robinson this season with his three Premier League starts coming due to injury to Robinson. Brown concedes moving on may be his only choice as Robinson is firmly established as No.1 under Sam Allardyce. "I feel I can play regularly and offer something to someone's first team. It is just about waiting for that opportunity now," Brown told the Lancashire Evening Telegraph. "Maybe an exit is inevitable. Paul Robinson looks to be number one and you can't get away from the fact I want to be playing regular football, whether that be here or somewhere else only time will tell. "If that is the manager's decision then that will be and if an opportunity comes up to go somewhere else then I would have to look at that seriously. "I will have to go away, have a think in the summer with the family and see what options are there. "If there is an option to go and play somewhere I will have to have a discussion with the manager and the club. "I would consider dropping into the Championship. I have to be a realist, I am not going to walk straight into a Premier League team. "
