Blackburn warned Indian owners will only spend £8m

The Indian poultry firm who are close to sealing a £46million takeover of Blackburn Rovers are on a collision course with manager Sam Allardyce. [LNB]The Rovers boss welcomed the possible takeover, saying the former Premier League champions need serious investment, but the prospective owners have ruled out splashing the cash once they are in charge at Ewood Park and seem happy to coast in mid-table.
