Hanley set for Rovers return
Blackburn could have their captain Grant Hanley back again when table-topping Leicester visit Ewood Park.
The Scotland international defender has a hamstring injury but Rovers boss Gary Bowyer is keeping his fingers crossed over his availability.
Jason Lowe (ankle) is expected to play while striker Rudy Gestede may also feature, despite coming off in last weekend's 4-2 win over Huddersfield with a nasty head injury. The ex-Cardiff forward immediately went to hospital and has been groggy yet Blackburn will assess him on Friday.
Midfielder Tom Cairney (ankle) is back training, although this contest will come too soon for him while a similar ailment keeps Ben Marshall out.
Winger Josh King (hamstring) and midfielder Dickson Etuhu (ankle) both played an hour in a behind-closed-doors game in midweek and Bowyer said he would have no qualms about including either.
Lloyd Dyer is expected to come back into the reckoning for Leicester.
Dyer has missed the last three matches with an Achilles problem but the winger has trained all week and should return to the squad on Saturday.
With only defender Sean St. Ledger (knee) and striker Tom Hopper (shin) unavailable, Foxes boss Nigel Pearson has plenty of options should he wish to make any changes to his starting line-up at Ewood Park.
Defender Liam Moore, midfielders Dean Hammond and Andy King and strikers Gary Taylor-Fletcher, Kevin Phillips and Chris Wood join Dyer in coming into Pearson's thinking.
