Blackburn Rovers to sign Radosav Petrovic

Steve Kean is set to complete his first signing of the summer after the Blackburn boss revealed he is on the verge of bringing Partizan Belgrade midfielder Radosav Petrovic to the club.[LNB]A work permit is the only obstacle to the 22-year-old Serbian being unveiled as a Rovers player, as Kean looks to reinforce his squad ahead of the new Barclays Premier League season, which kicks off on August 13.[LNB]'We're very close,' said Kean.[LNB] New face: Radosav Petrovic (left) is on the verge of joining Blackburn[LNB]'We've agreed a fee, we've agreed personal terms and now we're just subject to a work permit and Petrovic will become a Blackburn player.[LNB]'He's a fantastic player, I've seen him for a number of years.
