Blackburn's prospective new owners will consider selling naming rights to Ewood Park to raise funds.
Indian poultry giant Venky's are expected to complete a deal to take over the Lancashire club in the next month. The company want to maximise Rovers' revenue streams and, although they want to maintain the club's traditions, renaming the club's home since 1890 is a possibility.

Venky's chairperson Anuradha J Desai told the Lancashire Telegraph: "We will do the best by the fans and also by the club and it is very important to continue the traditions of the club."
He added: "We are going to be good responsible owners and we want to make the club stronger.
"There are a lot of marketing plans but nothing is certain yet.
"One of the things we are considering is sponsorship of Ewood Park but no decision has been made."
Venky's - which is short for Venkateshwara Hatcheries Group - are established as Asia's largest poultry group and have an annual turnover of £1billion, last year recording a profit of £118million.
Blackburn have been run by the Jack Walker Trust since the death of their former benefactor in 2000.
They were put up for sale two years ago by the trust but Venky's are the first interested party to satisfy all their requirements.
