Blackburn's owners Venky's admit they are worried about the threat of relegation but remain positive the club will survive in the Barclays Premier League.
Rovers' last win in the league came on January 23, when they were seventh in the table and nine points above the drop zone.
Since then they have take just two points from six matches and although they sit 13th, they are only a point above the bottom three.
They still have to face the likes of Arsenal - on Saturday - Manchester United and Manchester City in their remaining eight matches but co-owner Venkatesh Rao remains optimistic.
"Of course we are worried but we have to play well and get together as a team, and we have to get out of the situation," he told the Lancashire Telegraph. "You have to win sometimes and you have to lose sometimes.
"But we have to come out of this situation, that's very sure. But we are always positive and we will be positive. We are absolutely committed to the club and that won't be changing any day."
