Shaping up: Allardyce[LNB]Sam Allardyce has banned Blackburn[LNB]players from snacking on sweets in a bid to slim down his side. [LNB]Striker Benni McCarthy heads a posse of players dragged in by Allardyce in the past few weeks and ordered to lose body fat to shape up for the relegation fight.[LNB]Rovers boss Allardyce said ahead of tonight's clash at Fulham[LNB]: 'Benni could be a little better. We have talked about that privately. We need to get a little bit more body fat off him so he can be more mobile. [LNB]'It is not just Benni that has to drop body fat, though. For all the players, it is aboutcontrolling their diets. [LNB]'Most have been brought up on sugars they shouldn't have been, and those are addictive.
