Hoilett, who has made 15 appearances in the Premier League this season, is out of contract in the summer and has yet to agree a new deal.[LNB]Rovers boss Allardyce is frustrated that the 19-year-old striker has not accepted the club's 'outstanding' offer and fears the Canadian is having his head turned by the prospect of lucrative deals elsewhere.[LNB]Allardyce said: "Hoilett has been here a while and knows the whole set-up, but agents are involved and we can't get him to where we want him and that is frustrating.[LNB]"If it is about money it shouldn't be at this early stage in life. If he is a success the money will follow.[LNB]"He will make himself a multi-millionaire really quickly if he plays well.[LNB]"We feel we have made him an outstanding offer. We just hope he will sign."[LNB]Meanwhile, Allardyce believes January signing Yildiray Basturk will become a key player for Blackburn once he is ready for first-team duty.[LNB]"Basturk is our ace up the sleeve," added Allardyce.[LNB]"I'm looking forward to him being ready and if he can produce what he once could we will have a very clever player on our hands, and maybe the key to us scoring more goals."[LNB][LNB]
