lackburn boss Sam Allardyce fears that Premier League managers are becoming 'more and more dispensable'.[LNB] Two more coaches were added to the managers' departure list following Portsmouth and Chelsea's decision to sack Tony Adams and Luis Felipe Scolari on Monday.[LNB]The pair's dismissals means top flight casualties rises to eight this season and that is a statistic that worries the Rovers boss, who himself, lasted only eight months in charge of Newcastle last term.[LNB]"The axe has fallen twice in the Premier League this week and that is something which is happening on a regular basis," Allardyce said.[LNB]"There is no time anymore. There is only instant success and as managers we have to live with that scenario.[LNB]"We are fast becoming more and more dispensable. The Premier League is the best league in the world but the most difficult to manage in."[LNB]Newcastle's Joe Kinnear is also feeling the strain after suffering heart problems and Allardyce added: "I wish him a speedy recovery and hope he is back as soon as possible.[LNB]"I had 11 months of looking after myself, rather than years of looking after everyone else.[LNB]Risk"You do put yourself at risk because you are constantly thinking about others than yourself.[LNB]"Every time you go on the touchline you risk your health. You have to take time out to look after yourself."[LNB]Allardyce takes time out from their battle against relegation with a home tie against Coventry in the fifth round of FA Cup on Saturday.[LNB]He is anxious to claim a place in the latter stages and end a nine-year nightmare which began during his first season with Bolton.[LNB]Allardyce said: "I still have lodged in my mind very vividly losing a penalty shoot out against Aston Villa in the semi-final in 2000.[LNB]"It was a game we should have won but Dean Holdsworth missed an absolute sitter near the end. [LNB]"The excitement and build up to that game at Wembley was massive, so it is important we put aside all our troubles in the Premier League and think only of the glory of FA Cup."[LNB]
