Bid Goes In For Denni Avdic
According to Sky Sports, Blackburn Rovers have put in a bid for Swedish striker Denni Avdic. The 21-year-old has a host of teams from across Europe keeping an eye on him, but it is looking likely that his next club could be in England. West Brom have already been in touch with Elfsborg, whilst West Ham and Newcastle are also said to be monitoring the situation. But Blackburn are the first club to put in a bid for the player. They are now waiting for Elfsborg's response, but that is not likely to come before their second leg Europa League clash with Napoli on Thursday. Rovers boss Sam Allardyce feels that the striker could add something to his squad.
