Argentine hitman Mauro Formica to swap Newell's Old Boys for Blackburn in £3m deal

Hot stuff: Formica[LNB]Blackburn are signing Argentine Mauro Formica from Newell's Old Boys in a £3million deal. [LNB]Steve Kean is handing the 22-year-old a four-and-a-half year deal at Ewood Park. [LNB]Formica was being lined up for a move to Galatasaray before Rovers hijacked the deal.[LNB]The midfielder is known for his adventurous attacking play in Argentina and he is being brought in by Rovers owners Venky's to help them keep their promise of playing exciting football.
