Allardyce warns against complacency

Blackburn manager Sam Allardyce has warned his players they should not become too complacent about their place in the team. The Rovers boss made 10 changes for the 1-0 Carling Cup victory at Nottingham Forest after the poor 3-0 defeat in the league at Everton two days prior to that. "The players who were left out will look over their shoulder after the result at Forest," said Allardyce. "But I don't have much of a [selection] dilemma because nobody last Sunday can argue if they get left out. "I want people battering my door down because they think they shouldn't be left out. Unfortunately that won't be the case. We will make one or two changes (for Aston Villa on Saturday)."
