arrel-chested Blackburn manager Sam Allardyce is hoping protracted takeover talks at Ewood Park will be concluded as soon as possible.[LNB] Indian businessman Saurin Shah is reported to have been interested in acquiring the Ewood Park outfit for some time, but is yet to strike a deal.[LNB]Should he be able to put an agreement in place, Rovers could find themselves in a position to splash out before the new season gets underway.[LNB]Allardyce would certainly welcome the extra funds, but insists he just wants the issued resolved 'one way or the other' so he knows where he stands.[LNB]"It has been a considerable time since this consortium has been looking at possibly purchasing the club," he said in the Sunday Express.[LNB]"It will be very close to a decision one way or another. They've had all the information and all the due diligence done that they need to do.[LNB]"That consortium probably needs to make a decision one way or the other whether it is the right thing for them or not.[LNB]"It is very important for the whole club and particularly important for me to know where the club is going.[LNB]"If you are getting new owners you want to know what they want to do and how they want to progress as a football club, which is important for me and the players here."
