Allardyce Wants Safety ASAP.

Blackburn manager Sam Allardyce is hoping that his side can work themselves up into a winning mentality when they return from their break in Dubai. Allardyce is keen for his team to secure their Barclays Premier League status as soon as possible. After beating Hull on Wednesday, Allardyce’s side moved onto 31 points, edging closer to that all important 40 point mark. He said: "We will have a little break, recharge our batteries and push on from here. We deserve to get away from this freezing weather and get some sun on our backs as we've had nine games in 28 days. "We have got some big teams later on so we want to get the points in the bag as soon as we can. I think we play some good stuff. Very rarely do we play long-ball but that's what people tag me with. Perhaps we deserve a bit more credit."
