Allardyce refuses to panic

Blackburn manager Sam Allardyce is not overly concerned his side have not registered a win in their opening three Barclays Premier League matches. Rovers secured their first point with a goalless draw at home to West Ham on Saturday after back-to-back defeats to Manchester City and Sunderland. However, Allardyce does not believe his side have received full value for their efforts after dominating the games against the Black Cats and the Hammers. "We have to believe the performances are good enough," he said. "People would think that we were struggling in the first three games with one point but performance-wise we are not, although results-wise we are."
