Yeung completes Birmingham takeover
Carson Yeung's takeover of Birmingham City has been rubber-stamped following confirmation that shares in the club's holding company have been de-listed.
The Hong Kong businessman upped his 29.9 per cent stake in the club to a full takeover bid in August and officially took the helm in October.

Yeung, whose association with the club dates back to 2007, has now completed the formalities of the deal following confirmation via a club statement.
"In line with the notification of the company's de-listing that was made on 14 October 2009, as of 7.00am today the company de-listed so that its shares are no longer admitted to trading on AIM," confirmed the statement.
The statement also confirmed that Yeung, Vico Hui and Michael Wiseman will make up the club's new board, while Wing Lun Ip has taken over as secretary.
Last month former co-owners David Gold and David Sullivan plus managing director Karren Brady all left St Andrew's.
