Birmingham City co-owner David Sullivan is still furious with the police's behaviour towards him when he was arrested earlier this month as part of an investigation into corruption in soccer.
Sullivan and the club's managing director, Karren Brady, were questioned by City of London Police before later being released on bail.
The 59-year-old told the BBC: "While they were questioning me, they sneakily sent teams here with search warrants to turn my house upside down.
"It makes you feel like you've been invaded or almost rather raped really. They downloaded my computer and searched the house for any documents that might help their case.
"To be honest, they could have happily come here without a search warrant when I was here and I'd have shown them anything."
In response to Sullivan's comments, the City of London police said they were "disappointed" that issues relating to the probe had been made public.
"We are disappointed that several people have chosen to discuss this complex and long-running investigation with the media," a statement read.
"Bearing in mind that criminal proceedings are active, it is clearly inappropriate for City of London Police to comment further at present."
