Veteran Birmingham City striker Kevin Phillips has dismissed recent rumours linking him with a summer move to Australia.
The 35-year-old was a reported target for Perth Glory, but Phillips is adamant that he will see out the second year of his contract at St Andrew's.
He told the Birmingham Mail: "I read the reports and I haven't got a clue where all this came from, I knew nothing about it.
"Going to Australia doesn't interest me at all anyway. I've had chances to go abroad before, but it's not something I've considered.
"I'm at a fantastic club and my focus is on trying to help us get promotion back to the Premier League. I signed a two-year contract and Birmingham's where I want to be.
"When I came in the summer I had a plan in mind to finish my career in the Premier League and we are in an excellent position, so hopefully that's what happens.
"But if we don't go up, then I'd still be happy to be a Birmingham player, I haven't got any plans to move anywhere else."
