Ottesen attracts British interest

Ottesen has impressed in the last few seasons for Danish club Sonderjyste and such good form has not gone unnoticed elsewhere. He started his career at Reykjav?based Vikingur and from there moved on to Swedish club Djurgarden in 2004. Since moving to Denmark his reputation has soared and it now looks as though bids from both the English and Scottish top flights could soon be lodged. Birmingham and Celtic have previously been credited with holding an interest and Ottesen's agent, Gulli Tomasson, is predicting movement soon. "I am pretty sure something will happen for Ottesen during the transfer window," he told Sporten.dk. "It is no secret that English and Scottish clubs have been eyeing him. He is also interesting top Danish clubs."
