Alex McLeish felt his half-time teamtalk and tactical switch inspired Birmingham to a 4-3 aggregate win over West Ham in the Carling Cup semi-final.The Blues were trailing 1-0 and 3-1 on aggregate and McLeish told BBC Sport he said to his players: "We are out.
