Scott Dann has joined Premier League side Blackburn Rovers. The 24-year-old centre-back has joined Rovers for an undisclosed fee and has penned a four year contract at Ewood Park Dann joined Blues from Covenrty City in the summer of 2009 and made 60 appearances during his two seasons at St Andrews.
