Birmingham City are "fully committed" to helping police with their enquiries into alleged corruption in football after co-owner David Sullivan and managing director Karren Brady were arrested.
The pair were questioned on Wednesday evening by City of London Police in connection with allegations of false accounting and conspiracy to defraud.
The arrests followed last month's raid on the club as part of an ongoing investigation by the force's economic crime unit.
"David Sullivan and Karren Brady, on behalf of Birmingham City Football Club, were invited to co-operate with a City of London Police investigation and have happily done so," read a club statement.
"By long standing appointment, they have willingly attended interviews today (Wednesday).
"Birmingham City is fully committed to helping the police with their enquiries.
"For the avoidance of doubt, no charges have been brought."
Seven other people are currently on bail as part of the investigation by City of London Police.
Among those previously quizzed during the high-profile investigation are Portsmouth manager Harry Redknapp, chief executive Peter Storrie and the club's former chairman Milan Mandaric.
