Blues bosses cleared in tax probe

Birmingham City's co-owner and chief executive have been cleared of tax irregularities following a two-year inquiry, their solicitor has said. David Sullivan and Karren Brady, who were originally arrested in April 2008, had always denied any wrongdoing. City of London Police said it had questioned them as part of an inquiry into "money laundering". The club said the investigation had centred around tax matters involving two footballers.
