Blues were beaten 2-1 by Bolton at the weekend after Phillips' late equaliser was immediately cancelled out by Lee Chung-Yong's last-gasp winner at St Andrew's. Yet Alex McLeish's team still have seven points from as many games and Phillips feels there is plenty of reason for optimism. The 36-year-old former England international told the club's website: "We have to be happy. It is always nice to get your first points on the board and we have had two wins and a draw. "We have got Burnley away next, which will be tough, but we will go there and try to put this (Bolton) result behind us and get something."
