Parky dismisses Bailey's Blues talk
The midfielder, who moved to The Valley from Southend in the summer, has been a rare bright spot in a dismal season for the Addicks with 11 goals.
Cash-strapped Charlton are likely to offload players ahead of next term but Parkinson insists there has been no contact with Blues boss Alex McLeish.
"I was as surprised as anyone to read the reports about Nicky," Parkinson told the South London Press.
"I wouldn't be surprised if there are more rumours like that over the coming weeks because he's had an exceptional season. Nicky has scored goals and that obviously attracts attention."
