The MFK Kosice forward spent last week on trial at the Blues and spoke on of his enjoyment while training with the Premier League outfit.[LNB]Novak is currently on holiday as Kosice are in a winter break from domestic duties, but the 23-year-old is expected to be back in the West Midlands when the transfer window opens as McLeish is keen to bolster his attacking options.[LNB]The Scot looks certain to invest in a new striker with City short up top and the Slovakian international is convinced he will be plying his trade at St Andrew's next year after a productive conversation with the Blues tactician.[LNB]"Birmingham City are a top club of high quality," said Novak, who has scored eight goals in this season's Slovakian league.[LNB]"After one of the model matches I had an interview with manager Alex McLeish. The coach asked me how I liked England, if I was glad to be at Birmingham and complimented me in the end."[LNB]Novak claims to have no knowledge of how talks are going between Birmingham and Kosice with the two clubs trying to thrash out a deal for the £2.7million-rated frontman.[LNB]He added: "I know nothing of that. It is a matter of the both clubs' representatives and my agent. [LNB]"Anyway, I would not at all be against a move to Birmingham. It is a dream for every footballer to play in the English Premier League. I would be extremely happy if it became a reality."[LNB][LNB] Birmingham v Blackburn Match Specials: Birmingham to score 2+ 1st Hf 11/2
