No concern for Pannu

Birmingham chairman Peter Pannu believes the integrity of Sir Alex Ferguson and Tony Pulis means Manchester United and Stoke will field full-strength sides for their final games of the season.

Blues, who visit Tottenham, could be relegated from the Barclays Premier League if either Blackpool or Wigan achieve a more favourable result against United and the Potters respectively.

Pannu said: "To question about whether Manchester United and Stoke City field full-strength sides, I'm not worried about this. We all know that Sir Alex Ferguson and Tony Pulis are fine managers of the utmost integrity."

He added: "They are professional through and through and will doubtless pick their teams to win the games they have facing them."

Pannu added: "The Premier League is renowned around the world for its competitiveness and integrity.

"I have no cause for concern that these guys and the talented players they have won't give anything but their best and won't be anything but at their strongest."
