No Blues swoop for Janko - Agent

Reports have suggested Blues are planning a move for the 26-year-old Red Bull Salzburg striker when the transfer window reopens in january.[LNB]Blues boss Alex McLeish is set to be handed a hefty transfer kitty for January and it is understood bolstering the side's attacking options is his top priority.[LNB]Austria international Janko has been mentioned as a possible target for McLeish, but the player's representative Georg Stanggassinger, says he has not heard from Birmingham and that a move in January is impossible.[LNB]"I have heard and read something about interest from Birmingham in Marc, but I haven't had any contract with anyone from Birmingham," Stanggassinger told skysports.com.[LNB]"He has a contract until 2013 and Red Bull do not want to lose him.[LNB]"It is known English clubs have tried to sign him in the past and yes Marc would like to play in the Premier League in the future.[LNB]"But he won't move in the winter transfer window 100%. [LNB]"It is not possible [to move in January], but maybe in the summer or in a year he could move."[LNB][LNB]
