New Blues deal for Parnaby
irmingham defender Stuart Parnaby has signed a new one-year contract, the club have announced.[LNB] Parnaby's previous deal expired this summer, and he had ended the season awaiting manager Alex McLeish's verdict on whether he would be awarded an extension.[LNB]But the Premier League club today confirmed the 27-year-old former England Under-21 full-back, who can play on either defensive flank, will stay for another 12 months.[LNB]Parnaby has made 50 appearances for Birmingham since joining from Middlesbrough in 2007.[LNB]
