Michel joins AEK Athens
Birmingham midfielder Michel has joined AEK Athens on loan for the rest of the season after failing to nail down a place in the Blues team.
The 25-year-old joined Birmingham from Sporting Gijon last January after a lengthy pursuit, but has made only nine first-team appearances since then.
He will be hoping to impress in the Greek capital, although AEK are some 15 points off league leaders Olympiacos.
