Bowyer has been in top form for the Blues since joining on loan from West Ham, while Carr came out of retirement to revive his career at St Andrew's.[LNB]McLeish told the club's official website: "We will make an attempt to keep Lee Bowyer and everything has been agreed with Carr. Carr wants to stay and he's done well. If he shows the hunger and quality he did when he came in here, obviously the quality is going to count in the Premier League."[LNB]But Mehdi Nafti will leave the club when his contract expires on June 30. McLeish added: "I couldn't guarantee him regular football and we're looking to do other things for next season so we have not renewed his contract."[LNB]Meanwhile, McLeish is still mulling over his future plans for Portsmouth and Fulham loanees Djimi Traore and Hameur Bouazza, along with senior players Stephen Kelly and Radhi Jaidi whose contracts both end in June.[LNB]But on-loan duo Kemy Agustien and Carlos Costly will return to AZ Alkmaar and GKS Belchatow respectively, while fellow loanee Scott Sinclair has already gone back to Chelsea.[LNB][LNB]
