Hleb debut on hold
Alexander Hleb looks like having to put his Birmingham debut on hold and is set to miss the home Barclays Premier League clash with Liverpool.
The former Arsenal player suffered a leg injury while on duty for Belarus in their midweek Euro 2012 qualifier with Romania.
But fellow transfer deadline signings Jean Beausejour and Martin Jiranek will come into contention.
Veteran striker Kevin Phillips (calf) and defender Stuart Parnaby (hamstring) are not yet ready to return for the unbeaten Blues.
