Gomis still bound for Blues
irmingham City have confirmed Alex McLeish's departure will not impact their deal to sign Morgaro Gomis.[LNB] The French-born Senegalese midfielder is a free agent this summer with his Dundee United contract due to expire.[LNB]Former Blues boss McLeish targeted the 25-year-old prior to tendering his resignation over the weekend.[LNB]The Scottish tactician's exit was thought to have impacted Blues' move, reports they have now swiftly played down.[LNB]"Gomis is still coming in to Birmingham," acting chairman Peter Pannu confirmed.
