Foster pulls out of England squad
Ben Foster has been forced to withdraw from the England squad for the international friendly against Denmark. The Blues keeper sustained a thumb injury during Blues' 1-0 away win against West Ham on Sunday has has been withdrawn from the squad for the game in Copenhagen on Wednesday. Hammers keeper Robert Green has been called up to replace Foster.
