Ferguson silences Blues critics

irmingham midfielder Barry Ferguson believes he has proved his critics wrong this season.[LNB] The former Rangers and Scotland captain has been a key member of a Blues side that has enjoyed an impressive first season back in the Premier League.[LNB]Ferguson was brought to St Andrew's last summer by his former Rangers and international boss Alex McLeish after a controversial final season north of the border.[LNB]The 32-year-old told the club's official website: "My form? I've been happy with it. I couldn't have asked for any better.[LNB]"The gaffer gave me chance to come back down here and maybe shut a few people up and I think I've done that.[LNB]"It's all about enjoying my football and that's certainly what I'm doing."
