McLeish has constantly spoken of the "trust" he has in his players during a nine game unbeaten run which has lifted Blues to seventh in the table.[LNB]Now he is to excuse them training on Friday to enable them to spend it with their families.[LNB]The former Scotland boss said: "The players are entitled to pat themselves on the back going into Christmas Day and enjoying it with their family.[LNB]"I've never brought the players in on Christmas Day if we can help it - although we did have to travel last Christmas night to Ipswich.[LNB]"But we give the players the goodwill because we trust them and it is a day for the players to spend with their family."[LNB][LNB]
