Brewers Hoping To Keep Krysiak

Burton Albion boss, and former Blues striker, Paul Peschisolido has confirmed that he is hoping to keep Artur Krysiak at The Pirelli Stadium. The Polish goalkeeper is currently on a season long loan deal with the Brewers but Pescisolido has revealed that he has held talks with Krysiak's advisors about the possibility of prolonging the 20-year-old's stay with the League Two side. "I've been in contact with Artur's representatives and put an offer to them," Peschisolido told the Burton Mail. "There are one or two issues to be resolved, but hopefully they can be ironed out in the coming weeks. "Artur has made mistakes at times this season, but everything about him fits the bill. He's the right size, he's got a good attitude and he's got good feet and hands. "He's got some work to do to become a really good keeper, but Kevin [Poole] rates him very highly, and we think with time and experience the mistakes will lessen."
