ee Bowyer has warned Birmingham they cannot afford to relax because staying in the Premier League next season will be even harder.[LNB] The 33-year-old, who has been one of the Blues' key performers in their impressive first season back in the top flight, recalled his experiences in a similar situation at West Ham.[LNB]"If you look in the past, I remember when I went to West Ham, just before I came here, they had a great season, their first season up," Bowyer told the Birmingham Mail.[LNB]"I thought I was going to a hard-working team who were going to suit my game. Second season was the complete opposite. It was like they thought 'we're okay now, look what we did last year'. It's not - it's harder."[LNB]Bowyer, though, is confident Birmingham have what it takes, adding: "From performances, how hard we work as a team, there's not one person who doesn't pull their weight.[LNB]"That's what you need to stay in this league - and that's why we are staying in this league. We have to carry that on to next season."[LNB]
