Blues Reserves Face Wolves ..

22 March 2010 06:55
Blues Reserves are in action tonight when they face Midlands rivals Wolves in a Barclays Premier Reserves League South fixture. Reserve team coach Malky Thomson will be hoping to get his second string back to winning ways at St Andrews tonight [Monday] after two successive away defeats against Aston Villa and Fulham respectively. In the reverse fixture at the beginning of November goals from Cameroon defender George Elokobi and midfielder Greg Halford gave Wolves a 2-0 victory (their only win of the season so far!) at Telford FC's New Bucks Head stadium. Blues' second string currently occupy 7th place in the league table with 12 points taken from their twelve games played and are two places higher than bottom-of-the-table Wolves who have taken just 6 points from their first ten matches. Kick-off at St Andrews tonight is at 7pm.  Blues Reserves Fixtures/Results
