Fulham will once again be without Andrew Johnson and captain Danny Murphy for the game at Birmingham.

Both had been rested for the Cottagers' 1-1 draw with Wigan but Johnson (groin) and Murphy (knee) have failed to recover and Diomansy Kamara also misses out with an ankle injury.

Eye on the ball: Fulham will be without Murphy for the clash at St Andrew's
