Team news for Saturday's Premier League clash between Birmingham and Everton at St Andrew's.[LNB] Craig Gardner, Birmingham's leading scorer, starts a three-match ban after his straight red card against Wigan last weekend so Alex McLeish could switch Lee Bowyer from the left flank his preferred central midfield position alongside Barry Ferguson. [LNB]Keith Fahey will be in contention for a recall after not starting a league game since the opening day of the campaign at Sunderland.[LNB]Everton full-back Tony Hibbert is back in contention for the game after shaking off a groin strain that saw him miss the draw at Fulham last week.[LNB]Louis Saha (calf), Jack Rodwell (ankle) and Victor Anichebe (knee) remain on the sidelines, however, and David Moyes has also reported "one or two doubts" over other unnamed players.
