Third Division basement outfit Montrose secured their first win of the season with victory over Berwick.Ian Little went close for the hosts early on but his header was saved by goalkeeper Andrew McNeil. Montrose opened the scoring after 24 minutes when Steven Notman diverted a Steven Nicholas cross into his own net.
